Please note that the hotel rate changes for the weekend.  Rates are $129 for Thursday, and $169 for Friday and Saturday.  If you want to book nights either before or after the event, then please call the hotel directly.  Let us know if you encounter any issues. 

The hotel is nearly sold out on Friday evening, so book soon to get a room. There is more availability on Thursday and Saturday evenings.

There is a bar/restaurant that will be open in the evenings, but there is no lunch service at the hotel.  There are several places a short walk from the hotel, so be sure to check out those options.  We will also be offering box lunches that can be purchased in advance.

The hotel is the former headquarters building of the American Optical Company and still maintains some of the original office space and the glorious marble staircase.  While it is an historic building, it also houses state of the art conference facilities.
