This clinic will cover the basics of Centralized Traffic Control (CTC), as is often used during model railroad operating sessions. It will walk you through how dispatchers utilize a CTC machine to set up routes and authorize train movement and the corresponding signal indications. Additionally, a brief overview will be provided as to how the CS&P’s replica US&S CTC machine was constructed.
