Scott’s clinic details the building of his 18”x 66” portable HO switching layout. It weighs 13 lbs., and is designed to display at train shows. He will examine techniques used to reduce the weight of the baseboard and scenery, as well as steps for scenery that are useful for any type of layout. A handout is provided. The operating layout itself will be present for inspection.
