Model Railroader Consulting Editor Tony Koester is building an O scale tribute to the Wabash R.R.’s famous Mogul-powered “High Line” in Illinois. He will provide a progress export on the railroad, which features handlaid track to fine-scale standards, a number of scratchbuilt structures, Barrina 4100K LED lighting tubes, and backdrops made from photographs he shot on site. Most importantly, he’ll discuss why he’s doing this in the first place.
