We are thrilled to have as banquet keynote speaker this year David Swirk, the very busy and visionary president and general manager of Conway Scenic Railroad. He has been in the railroad industry for nearly 40 years and he has some amazing stories to share with us. Wouldn’t it be nice if he could give us hopes that the former MEC Mountain Division track located in Maine could be returned to rail service someday?

David and his staff have offered Concord Flyer a special excursion opportunity to not only visit ride on the Mountaineer Train from North Conway to Fabyan, but also explore the North Conway rail facilities AND an exclusive side trip to visit the de facto icon of Concord Flyer, the historic Yankee Flyer consist now located in Conway, New Hampshire. This trip includes bus transportation from the hotel and back, plus a noontime meal.
