Lakeshores’24 Convention Headquarters

Important Note: Room reservations at the RIT Inn and Conference Center have exceeded expectations. For those wishing to find hotel accommodations for the Lakeshores’24 Convention in Rochester, a nearby Comfort Inn has blocked rooms at $129 (before taxes). This is the same rate offered for standard rooms at the RIT Inn and Conference Center. The rooms will be available until Monday, August 19 after which they will be released to the general public.

Driving Directions:

• From New York State Thruway (I-90) East or West: Take Exit 46 to I-390 North.
  Keep right to take the NY253/Lehigh Station Road ramp toward NY-15. Turn left
  onto NY-253/Lehigh Station Rd. Then another left onto West Henrietta
  Rd/NY-15/NY-253. The RIT Inn and Conference Center is less than a mile down
  West Henrietta Road.
• From Interstate 390 North: Take Exit 11 (NY-251/NY-15) toward Rush/Scottsville.
  Turn right on to NY-15/West Henrietta Rd. The RIT Inn and Conference Center is
  approximately 3.2 miles down West Henrietta Rd.
• From Interstate 390 South: Take Exit 12A (NY-253/Lehigh Station Rd). Turn right
  onto Lehigh Station Rd. Turn left onto W. Henrietta Rd. The RIT Inn and
  Conference Center is less than a mile down W. Henrietta Rd.

A block of rooms is reserved for Thursday night, September 19, 2024, through Saturday night, September 21, 2024, for NMRA members attending the Lakeshores’24 Convention. The rate for a standard room is $129.00/night plus applicable state and local charges. (Room rates are extended from Wednesday night, September 18, 2024, through Sunday night, September 22, 2024; however, room availability is only guaranteed Thursday through Saturday.)

2. Enter the number of guests and rooms needed, and then click Add Code.
3. Next click Discount Code followed by Group Attendee.

5. You will then be able to select check-in/checkout dates, method of payment, etc.
