There are two forms you can use to register by mail.  The first is a fillable PDF.  To register:

• Download the Fillable PDF to your computer.
• Open the downloaded file in Adobe Acrobat.
• Fill in the fields on the form as appropriate.
• Print the form and mail it along with a check to:

To make changes to your registration please email the registrar at convention_registrar@nernmra.org. Your registration number is your convention ID.

Hotel Reservation

Convention Headquarters is the Marriott Hartford/Windsor Airport Hotel located at 28 Day Hill Road, Windsor, CT 06095. Conveniently located near Exit 38 on Interstate 91, the hotel is located only ten minutes north of Hartford and ten minutes south of Windsor Locks. Hotel amenities include an indoor pool and fitness center and complimentary WiFi.
